Each apartment home includes features such as stainless steel appliances, an in-unit washer and dryer, granite countertops, walk-in closets, and more. Features vary by floor plan.

Residents are responsible for electricity, water/sewer, trash, and internet.

Yes. Residents are required to maintain renters insurance with a minimum of $75,000 in liability coverage.

Rent is paid online through Domuso using ACH, debit, or other approved payment methods.

Yes, residents can enroll in autopay through the resident portal.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

If rent is not received by the 1st, a $50 late fee is applied on the 2nd. If payment is not received by the 5th, an additional fee is assessed, bringing the total late fees to $250 as of the 6th.

Lease terms range from 6 to 14 months, depending on availability.

Applications can be completed online by selecting your preferred floor plan and submitting the required information. All applications are processed through our application partner, Findigs. At application, a $60 application fee (per applicant or married couple) and $150 toward the administrative fee are due.
Prior to move-in, residents pay the remaining $250 administrative fee, prorated rent, and any applicable pet fees. A full cost summary is provided before lease signing.

Applicants must demonstrate income of at least 3x the monthly rent and meet standard credit and rental history criteria. Full qualification details are available upon request.

Applications are typically processed instantly through our screening partner, Findigs, with most applicants receiving a decision immediately. In some cases, the process may take up to 24–48 hours, depending on additional information needed.

We offer in-person, self-guided, and virtual tours. Tours can be scheduled online or by contacting the leasing office.

Yes. Club at Woodside allows up to two pets per apartment home, with access to amenities including a dog park and nearby walking trails and green space.

Yes. A maximum of two pets are permitted per apartment home, with a weight limit of 75 lbs. Breed restrictions apply, and all pets must be registered prior to move-in. Contact the leasing office for full policy details.

A one-time pet fee of $400 and a monthly pet rent of $50 per pet apply.

Residents enjoy amenities such as a resort-style pool, fitness center, clubhouse, package locker, pickleball courts, tanning salon, and community gardens.

Yes, most community amenities are included in rent. Optional add-ons such as garages and clubhouse rentals are available for an additional fee.

No. Amenities are open daily from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM to ensure proper maintenance and availability.
